Shanghai Wujiang New Material Technology Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Changwei Optical fiber Technology Co.,Ltd, and Nantong Toptube New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. are three companies invested by the same shareholder, each specializing in distinct product categories：

-Shanghai Wujiang New Materials Company (founded in 2008) focuses on developing and producing ultra-high flame-retardant materials, premium-grade color masterbatches, and food-grade masterbatches. Its products include masterbatches for PVC, PE, XLPE, TPE, TPEE, PP, TPU, PBT, PA, ABS, and PFA. These products are widely used in automotive wires, telephone cables, data cables, special optical cables, and electronic wires. Major clients include BYD, Nexans, Leoni, LS Cable, Aptiv, Coficab, Acome, Shangshang, and Baosheng. For food industry, they are used for coloring sausage casings, beverage bottle caps and pharmaceutical container.

-Shanghai Changwei Optical fiber Technology Company (founded in 2013) specializes in manufacturing special optical cables including PTFE hollow tubes, TPEE hollow tubes, PTFE optical cables, optical-electrical composite cables, water-blocking cables, and MINI cables operable at -40°C. These cables are extensively used in high-speed elevators, broadband data access, military, naval vessels, hyperscale data centers and aerospace applications.

-Nantong Toptube New Material Technology Company (founded in 2019) specializes in heat-shrink tube production and commercial radiation processing services. The company owns three irradiation accelerators which serve both external radiation processing contracts and in-house heat-shrink tube enhancement. Current heat shrink tube products include single-wall tubes for consumer electronics, dual-wall tubes for automotive applications, new energy tubes, and power busbar insulation solutions.

Shanghai Wujiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, specializing in the production of PE, PVC, PA, LSZH, and PP color masterbatches for automotive wires, electronic wires, and network cables.
2009.4
The company has partnered with global industry leaders such as Fuxi Group, Hengtong Group, FiberHome Technologies, ZTT Group, Nexans (France), and Rosenberger (Germany), providing high-quality color masterbatches for wire and cable applications.

The company has developed ultra-high-temperature fluoropolymer (FEP, ETFE, PFA) color masterbatches, designed for cable insulation and sheathing applications requiring heat resistance exceeding 400°C.

The company has developed TPE masterbatch for new energy vehicle high-voltage cables, as well as specialized TPEE and UV-resistant masterbatches for robotic drag chains.

Shanghai Changwei Optical fiber Technology Company was established with investments to leverage its technical expertise in developing and manufacturing special optical cables, including high-temperature fluoropolymer optical cables and 1,200-meter deep-water water-blocking optical cables.

Company's high-temperature FEP optical units are used in reel cables and mining cables, maintaining stable performance even after vulcanization.
