EVA Masterbatch for Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) CompoundsReturn
This series of color masterbatches is specifically designed for low-smoke, halogen-free compounds.
Based on an EVA carrier, these masterbatches employ carefully selected pigments and contain no halogen elements in their formulation.
The addition of EVA-based masterbatches will not affect the flame test performance or LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) values of low-smoke, halogen-free compounds, nor will it compromise their other superior properties.

Dosage: Varies depending on color and filler content in base material
Lightfastness: Tested per DIN 53388, rated 7–8 on the DIN 54003 Blue Wool Scale (1=worst, 8=best)
Heat resistance (230°C): Maximum temperature maintaining color stability for 5 minutes
Heavy metal-free: Contains no heavy metal pigments
