PVC Insulation MasterbatchReturn

Product details

Our company's PVC insulation masterbatch complies with JISC, DIN, SAE, and JASO color standards.

This product is primarily used for coloring automotive wires, electronic wires, and switchboard program control wires, making it suitable for high-speed extrusion coloring of wire products.

Typically, only 1% of the color masterbatch is required to achieve colors that comply with the chromatographic specifications of JISC, DIN, SAE, and JASO.

The following data represents typical values for this series of color masterbatches. Due to the use of high-quality pigments and other components in the formulation, this product line has minimal impact on the fundamental electrical properties of PVC materials when used in wire and cable extrusion processing.

The values provided are for reference only, as different grades of color masterbatches may vary in relevant parameters depending on the pigments and additives used.
