High-concentration PE color masterbatchReturn
This series of color masterbatches is specifically designed for high-speed extrusion production lines.
Based on a PE carrier with carefully selected pigments, these masterbatches are suitable for products such as telephone cables, data cables, and cross-linked cable insulation.
Technical Information:
---Colors are matched according to the MUNSELL standard using typical compounds. The maximum allowable color deviation is 1.0ΔE based on our company's standards.---The recommended addition ratios are related to the color, filler content in the base material, and other factors.
---Heat resistance (230°C): Indicates the maximum temperature at which the colored compound remains unchanged for 5 minutes.
---Lightfastness: Tested according to DIN 53388, with results rated based on the 8-step blue wool scale (DIN 54003).
---This product series fully complies with EU WEEE and RoHS environmental standards and is free from heavy metals (e.g., lead, cadmium) and disazo pigments.

Recommended addition ratio: 1% (average for solid insulation).
Dispersibility: Rated on a scale of 1–5, where 1 = best, 5 = worst.
Melt flow index (<20): Measured according to ASTM 1238-82 at 190°C/10 min.
Thermal stability (232°C): Indicates no significant color change after 5 minutes at this temperature under standard processing conditions.
Volume resistivity (>1E+16 Ω·cm): Tested by adding 2% masterbatch to HDPE with a volume resistivity >1E+16 Ω·cm.
Moisture content: < 0.3%.
Packaging: 25 kg/bag.
