    The company provides PE-based color masterbatches compliant with EIA RS359 Munsell color standards for the wire and cable industry. The products are suitable for solid or foam-skin insulation extrusion production using PE and PP materials.

    Applications include communication cables, low-voltage cables, and data transmission cables.


    Technical Information:

    • Color matching according to Munsell standards using typical compounds. Maximum color deviation per company standard: 1.0ΔE


    • Recommended addition ratios vary depending on color requirements and filler content in base materials


    • Heat resistance (230℃): Maximum temperature at which colored compound shows no discoloration after 5 minutes


    • Lightfastness: Tested according to DIN53388, rated using the 8-grade blue wool scale per DIN54003


    • The product series fully complies with EU WEEE and RoHS environmental standards, containing no lead, cadmium or other heavy metals

    • Dispersibility: Rated on a 1-5 scale (1=best, 5=worst)
    • Melt flow index (<20): Measured per ASTM 1238-82 at 190℃/10 min
    • Thermal stability (232℃): No significant discoloration after 5 minutes at this temperature under normal processing conditions
    • Volume resistivity (>1E+16 Ω·cm): Tested by adding 2% masterbatch to HDPE with volume resistivity >1E+16 Ω·cm
